Our History
Louden Builders owner builder David was inspired to become a builder by his grandfather who had a reputation as a master builder and businessperson. His lasting advice to David when taking up his apprenticeship as a teenager was to always have pride in his work. Louden Builders are a small team of experienced mature builders and tradespeople with a hands on approach who specialise in Queenslander renovations
We have invested time into building solid relationships and as a result we can deliver you with highly skilled contractors using the highest quality materials at affordable prices.
Our aim is simple; to create beautiful handcrafted luxurious spaces that our clients can be proud of. We take great pride in each project and enjoy bringing the clients vision to life; we build because we love it.

Our core builders are major shareholders in the company and have been in the building industry for over 17 years.
Contracts and Documents
A building contract is as important to the success of a building project as the plans, designs, and materials used during construction. As we are HIA members we adhere to HIA contracts, these contracts have been prepared for the residential construction industry and reflect the risks and responsibilities of home building.
Regular & personal communication
We ensure that you are kept up to date from the first meeting through to the project’s completion. We have regular site meetings and our office is always available via phone or email.
